Interesting. it's like the whole body mass index thing, which is a load of absolute bollocks. Statistically, you are likely to have a lower incidence of heart disease and a longer life expectancy and generally better health if you are slightly overweight according to BMI than if you are in your "correct" weight zone. Also, BMI takes no account of muscle tone. Since muscle is denser than fatty tissue, Arnold Schwartznegger at the peak of his career was morbidly obese according to BMI.
