I thought the site was slow to upload last night. Have had a pm saying that someone else has had difficulty logging in.
Seems okay now though.

Do Well. Cool

Cookie problem?
try Deleting ffUK from browser.
It should reset when they next visit the forum.

Can anyone explain why I keep having to log in every time I visit on the farm PC. But not when I'm at home on my lap top?
Is it something to do with recently changing to Google Chrome?

If it is to do with Chrome. How can I change it without going back to IE8?

Did you tell Chrome to not save passwords ? Maybe that is de-fault. Upper left select "options", then "personal stuff" save passwords.

I can find (under options) the saved passwords stuff Mac. But do not have one there for this forum, and can not see how to import one. Any ideas?

Well. Yes, and no. It's main one is the farm email, but I do occasionally check my home mail.

Are both machines with the same ISP. As to chrome I filed it along with IE8 in the dam bin and use good old solid IE 7. It is by far better.

Not sure how the forum works, the usual is if a different computer, with a different email address tries to log on you are asked for your log on details.

When you log on on the farm PC is there a small square, next to where it says''remember me'',click on the square and it will tick it.

Can't advise on Chrome as never used it,use Firefox.
